Cleaning

So every morning by the bus stop, I see these guys with a yellow cleaning cart and they've got a small sized broom and dustpan like you would use at an average size restaurant...I guess it provides a job, but does this really keep the streets of LA clean?

yep, those streets look pretty darn clean to me. and i don't think they got clean by rem picking up pieces of trash on his stroll to work
