Portillo's Hot Dogs
They say that Chicago's known for their pizza and hot dogs, so we tried hot dogs too...and they're pretty good, the crunchy kind...

Willis Tower
....formerly known as Sears Tower...
Unfortunately, there was fog everywhere today, and visibility was 0.
But, we did go up 103 stories, and they have 4 see through observation boxes....when there's no fog, you can look straight down to the ground....but when we looked down, all we could see was fog

Lake Michigan
So cold on the lake, I can barely feel my fingers! Haha.....
Apparently the Lake is two feet higher than the Chicago River, so we went into a "lock", gates closed behind us, water flowed in, and the boat got higher....

Grant Park and Millenium Park
Foggy today, but walked through these two parks on the way to downtown...
Also got a look at Soldier Field, where the Chicago Bears play

Magnificent Mile
The high end shopping area of Downtown Chicago....
Also saw the Hershey's store, the Chicago Tribune building, The Drake Hotel (like in the movie My Best Friend's Wedding lol), the weird tower looking thing is the old Chicago Water Works and pumping station, apparently some of the few structures that survived the Great Fire of 1871....

Chicago's Deep Dish Pizza
Went to Pizzeria Uno (opened in 1943), apparently the creator of the deep dish pizza...
I gotta say their deep dish was not like anything I've had, the crust is like that of a real pie.....
I like it better than any other deep dish I've had before, but I'm still a fan of New York thin crust pizza

Just arrived at O'Hare International and boarded a train for downtown....they have both subways and elevated trains, kinda cool....
It looked like it was raining when we landed, but seems to be okay now....
